As you are probably all aware another fundraising effort has had to be cancelled due to lack of interest/support. This event was costing us very little and could have been a reasonable revenue generator as well as a good end of season night.
So , who's for next years subscription to be £150.00 each and no fund raising ?
I totally agree Glyn, I think it should be brought up at the AGM and give people the chance to choose a large increase in subs or an increased effort for the fundraising. If people choose the latter they should be held to it, I don't think they realise the work that goes in to organising an event people don't attend. Some people don't even bother with their duck race tickets and Xmas draw.
