Now that the season is over and done and dusted for another seven months, we'd like to hold an informal players meeting.  So I've organised a date - Monday 8th October at the Royal Oak, Dacre Banks, starting 8.00pm

I know you wont all be able to make this, but would urge you to try if possible to be there.  This is a chance for you all to voice your opinions, ideas and suggestions on how the season has gone this year, what we can do to improve the playing side of the club, to ensure that we have two good teams each weekend and a healthy evening league side for 2013.

And anything goes; no minutes will be taken, no-one is encouraged to be personal or vindictive to fellow members.  It is your club - most of you pay your membership and therefore have the right to say what you feel is required to keep us going next year. You've elected the likes of me to run your club.  So please feel free to contribute fully to how it shapes up next season and those beyond it.

Look forward to seeing you then, as well as the dinner on 5th October.
